Foam Options

Premium High-Density Firm Blue Foam – V39

Our firmest foam option, V39 is ideal for sofa seat cushions where maximum support and durability are required. This premium-grade foam is a longer-lasting upgrade from Grade 33, making it perfect for high-use seating. It is also suitable for upholstery repairs, boat seating, caravan and campervan seating, window seats, dining pads, and many other applications.

Luxury Medium Grey Reflex Foam – V40

The V40 Reflex foam offers a medium feel with excellent resilience and bounce-back properties. Designed to provide the perfect balance between comfort and support, it is an excellent choice for sofa seat replacements where a slightly softer, more luxurious feel is preferred.

Cushion Finishing Options

Dacron & Stockinette Wrap (Recommended)

For a superior finish and a fuller, more luxurious appearance, we recommend adding Dacron wrap to your cushions. Bonded securely to the top and bottom of the foam, Dacron enhances comfort, improves shape retention, and gives cushions a plumper look.

To make fitting easier and protect the Dacron, we also use a stockinette wrap. This smooth outer layer allows the cushion to slide effortlessly into tight-fitting covers while keeping everything neatly in place.

Stockinette Wrap

Foam can be difficult to insert into snug covers due to its natural grip. Stockinette acts as a protective sleeve, making installation easier and helping cushions maintain their shape. When combined with Dacron, it adds a springy surface feel and reduces wear over time.
